The NeoFusion Creative Foundation began in 2013 as an early-stage non-profit- organization working for adolescents. The Neofusion Creative Foundation owes its existence to the passion of like-minded individuals who wish to provide the right guidance, educational inputs, and skills to adolescents to make their lives more engaging, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Seeded with the passion and the intent to create safe spaces for adolescents and youth to form their own opinion within themselves and the society around them, The NeoFusion Creative Foundation is actively working as an NGO for the youth. It is successfully working towards the empowerment of the underprivileged communities, especially adolescents, school dropouts, and the unemployed youth of India, motivating and guiding them to live their dream of being transformed and lead a sustainable life by aligning their passion and career choices.
A brainchild of Dr. Anubhooti, The NeoFusion Creative Foundation has impacted more than 10,000+ adolescents and youth. According to surveys, lack of career counseling along with financial support and no interest in education was the major reasons that increased school dropouts. In 2013, our NGO started conducting educational workshops and summer camps for underprivileged adolescents and the profuse response made the need for regular classes all the more necessary. With the help of crowdfunding from 2014-to 2016 different centers were established in Gurgaon to bridge the gap between educated society and deprived adolescents. 2017 marked another milestone in our journey when a morning school affiliated with the NIOS board was inaugurated.
For the past 8 years, with the help of our different programs running in far slums, other NGOs, villages, and government schools, we are directly contributing to the achievements of good health and well-being, resulting in reduced inequalities and no poverty. The NeoFusion Creative Foundation has been representing the voices of underprivileged youth in the country to co-create a sustainable national ecosystem that nurtures empowering spaces with and for youth, investing in partnerships, capacity building of people and organizations, and engaging with multiple stakeholders in the adolescent and youth space with a focus on adolescent-centric development issues.
Our founder and the passion-driven team love to work with young people from diverse backgrounds to build their confidence and enable them to act, such that they become self-aware, extremely empathetic, and socially responsible leaders. Our flagship programs for adolescents with many twists and turns support a young person to have an inside-out leadership journey while aiming to strengthen entrepreneurial capacities by creating spaces that nurture forward-looking leaders for sustainable social changes.
Keeping in mind the core values of the NGO – Inclusiveness, equality, transparency, innovation, sustainability, and integrity – Our founder, Dr. Anubhooti Bhatnagar, has been continuously working for youth literacy and to transform the lesser privileged youth of India to break the poverty cycle. Fondly known as Maa, she is the force behind the NGO’s work and growth. She has successfully created a safe space for all in our NGO and aims to encourage conversations about similar stigmatized issues in others as well.
The NeoFusion Creative Foundation has received prestigious recognition for the continuous upliftment of underprivileged adolescents and for becoming a name synonym with “NGO working for Adolescents”. With hard work, comes great responsibility and success, and this quote stands completely true for us. With our persistent efforts, 300+ migrated school dropouts are pursuing their schooling and more than 70 of our students are pursuing college. Till now we have trained approximately 250+ adolescents in entrepreneurial life skills.

It has been an incredible journey so far to become one of the largest not-for-profit organizations working for adolescents and youth, and keeping in mind our vision to envision a world where the youth has transformed and has come out of generic poverty, we strive to continue our journey with passion, good deeds, and extraordinary impact.
