The centre operates two shifts to cater to the diverse needs of its students. The morning shift caters to children from grades 5 to 12, following the NCERT curriculum for grades 5 to 8 and the NIOS curriculum for grades 9 to 12. Alongside academics, students benefit from the Mid-Day Meal Program, which ensures proper nutrition to support focus and overall well-being. To enrich learning, NeoFusion partners with the Smile Foundation to provide monthly STEAM-based sessions, while also offering NCC training, IT courses, and preparation for entrance exams to the Army and Police. Many of these students continue their higher education journeys, with some even joining NeoFusion\u2019s core team.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The evening shift focuses on remedial education for school dropouts, first-time learners, and children from NGOs or government schools. After their remedial classes, students are introduced to the Performing and Visual Arts at the Padmshri Kaka Hathrasi Institute, where they train in Kathak, Painting, Theatre, Dance, and Boxing under the mentorship of professional experts. These programs not only build confidence but also open career pathways, with many students now pursuing higher degrees in BJMC, BFA, and BA Kathak.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To strengthen employability, NeoFusion has also partnered with NIIT Foundation, Zamit Let\u2019s Begin, and Nai Disha Foundation to provide comprehensive skill-based training.
