Our Journey

Established in 2013, NeoFusion Creative Foundation is a nationally certified Non-Profit Organization operating under Section 25A of the Companies Act, 1956. Over the years, we have empowered 14,500 students, focusing on adolescents, school dropouts, and unemployed youth from underprivileged communities across India.

Our mission is to ignite dreams, nurture talents, and create sustainable career pathways by aligning individual passions with professional opportunities. We believe in turning vulnerability into strength, offering a safe space where adolescents are heard, supported, and celebrated.

Our Approach

We facilitate safe learning spaces

NeoFusion equips students with industry-relevant skills in IT, Army and Police Services, and Performing & Visual Arts (including Kathak, Dance, Theatre, Boxing, and Painting). This skill development ensures that students can start earning by age 18, providing them with financial independence and the ability to support their educational aspirations. Many NeoFusion students also pursue graduation through correspondence while working, allowing them to save funds for postgraduate studies or specialised training programs.

Programs and Initiatives

Gurgaon: A Holistic Learning Model

NeoFusion operates two shifts in Gurugram to accommodate students with diverse educational needs.

The morning shift caters to students in grades 5-12, following the NCERT curriculum for grades 5-8 and the NIOS curriculum for grades 9-12. Many graduates continue their higher education, with some even joining NeoFusion’s core team. A Mid-Day Meal Program also ensures students receive proper nutrition to support their learning and well-being. NeoFusion collaborates with Smile Foundation to enhance learning, offering STEAM-based monthly sessions for grades 5-8 students and with Project Engineerx for MakerLab. Along with academics, we are trying to enrol them in NCC training and take Army and Police entrance exam preparation and IT-related courses.

The Evening shift offers remedial education for school dropouts, first-time learners, and students from NGOs or government schools. After their remedial classes, students receive training in Performing and Visual Arts, including Kathak, Painting, Theatre, Dance, and Boxing, at the Padmshri Kaka Hathrasi Institute under the mentorship of professional experts. Many of these students are now pursuing BJMC, BFA, and BA Kathak degrees.

Skill Development Partnerships

NeoFusion has partnered with NIIT Foundation, Project Engineerx, Zamit Let’s Begin, and Nai Disha Foundation to provide comprehensive skill-based training. These collaborations ensure holistic development and create pathways for future employment and self-reliance. Currently, around 267 students in Gurugram benefit regularly from these programs.

Jaipur: Nurturing Creativity and Academic Excellence

In Jaipur, NeoFusion operates evening classes focused on dance, theatre, and tuition support. These programs not only foster creative expression but also help students excel academically. Around 50 students benefit regularly from these initiatives.

Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh: Digital Education for Rural Students

NeoFusion has established two computer labs in primary government schools in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, providing basic computer education to approximately 250 students. These students receive hands-on digital training under the guidance of dedicated teachers, ensuring they develop essential technological skills for the future.

Our Founder

Dr. Anubhooti Bhatnagar, a Ph.D. in Sociology, esteemed writer, life coach, and social sector leader, is the Founder-Director of NeoFusion Creative Foundation. A dedicated member of Rotary International, she has spent years working towards youth literacy and empowerment.

In 2013, driven by her vision to break the cycle of poverty and uplift underprivileged youth, she established NeoFusion—an organisation that has since transformed the lives of 14,500+ adolescents across India.

Affectionately known as Maa, she is the heart and driving force behind NeoFusion’s impact and growth. A passionate advocate for gender equality, women’s empowerment, and sexuality education, she has created a safe and inclusive space where young individuals can thrive. Through her work, she challenges societal stigmas and inspires meaningful conversations on crucial issues.
