Background

NeoFusion had a humble beginning with no government or corporate funding, and the Team attracted adolescents to Performing and Visual Art classes using the power of this technique, gradually enrolling them on the program under which the adolescents restart education following an open school curriculum. 

In due course, the adolescents are reintroduced to education by encouraging them towards Formal Education. We follow NCERT curriculum from pre-primary to middle school. NeoFusion also follows the NIOS open schooling curriculum, thereby getting back into education. The following facilities are included as part of this program:

Goal

Our goal with Education initiative is to introduce underprivileged adolescents, most of them being migrant children, to elementary school through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). Additionally, we also make sure our students carry on to study higher education and excel in their respective fields.

NeoFusion also helps adolescents get access to computer education in remote villages, distant from districts. We strive to make sure competent computer education and skill development is provided to the students of these faraway villages where even access to basic education is not present.

Impact

Education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. Therefore, the NeoFusion Academy of Excellence aims to reduce school dropouts by providing quality English medium education following the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) curriculum for classes 9th to 12th. Additionally, NeoFusion also provides its students with various after school academic classes that help develop their knowledge further. 200+ students have completed their secondary and senior secondary school with us.

We are proud to be able to help students in small villages that are learning and growing with various programs, setup of computer labs in government schools, such as setting up a computer lab in Bijnor which helps 80+ students immensely with gaining skills.
