Our Journey

Established in 2013, NeoFusion Creative Foundation is a nationally certified Non-Profit Organization operating under Section 25A of the Companies Act, 1956. Over the years, we have empowered 14,500 students, focusing on adolescents, school dropouts, and unemployed youth from underprivileged communities across India.

Our mission is to ignite dreams, nurture talents, and create sustainable career pathways by aligning individual passions with professional opportunities. We believe in turning vulnerability into strength, offering a safe space where adolescents are heard, supported, and celebrated.

Our Approach

We facilitate safe learning spaces

We at NeoFusion strongly believe in creating a child-safe place in all our programs and interventions. Therefore, the foundation has formulated its own Child Safeguarding Policy and follows it, keeping in view the best interests of the children and adolescents.

We are directly contributing to the achievements of SDG#3 – Good Health & Wellbeing, resulting in SDG#10 – Reduced Inequalities and SDG#1 No Poverty, with the foundation’s unique educational approach (SDG#4 – Quality Education) at the helm.

At NeoFusion, we are committed to maintaining a child-safe environment in all our programs and interventions. To uphold this commitment, the foundation has developed its own Child Safeguarding Policy, ensuring the best interests of children and adolescents are always prioritized.

Through our unique educational approach, NeoFusion actively contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal #3 (Good Health & Wellbeing), thereby influencing SDG #10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG #1 (No Poverty). Our foundation’s educational initiatives align with SDG #4 (Quality Education), playing a pivotal role in making a positive impact on society.

In Gurgaon, NeoFusion operates in two shifts to address the educational needs of diverse groups. During the morning shift, we run a school catering to grades 5 to 12. For grades 5 to 8, we adhere to the NCERT curriculum, while for grades 9 to 12, we follow the NIOS curriculum. Notably, four batches of 12th graders have successfully completed their studies with us and are now pursuing higher education. Some of these graduates have joined NeoFusion’s core team, marking a fulfilling transition.

During the mid-day, we provide nutritious meals to the students. In the second shift, we offer remedial educational classes tailored for school dropouts, those who have never attended school, and individuals studying in other NGOs or government schools. Our aim is to bridge educational gaps effectively. Following these classes, our students engage in Performing and Visual Arts classes, where professional trainers impart skills in Kathak, Martial Arts, Dance, Theatre, and Painting. Presently, our students are pursuing courses such as BFA and BA Kathak.

In Jaipur, we conduct evening classes focused on dance, theatre, and tuition support.

In Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, we have established two computer labs in primary government schools, where dedicated teachers provide basic computer education to approximately 250 students.

NeoFusion has partnered with NIIT Foundation, Zamit Let’s Begin, and Nai Disha Foundation for skill development courses, ensuring comprehensive support for our students’ growth and success.

Our Founder

Dr. Anubhooti Bhatnagar, a Ph.D. in Sociology, esteemed writer, life coach, and social sector leader, is the Founder-Director of NeoFusion Creative Foundation. A dedicated member of Rotary International, she has spent years working towards youth literacy and empowerment.

In 2013, driven by her vision to break the cycle of poverty and uplift underprivileged youth, she established NeoFusion—an organisation that has since transformed the lives of 14,500+ adolescents across India.

Affectionately known as Maa, she is the heart and driving force behind NeoFusion’s impact and growth. A passionate advocate for gender equality, women’s empowerment, and sexuality education, she has created a safe and inclusive space where young individuals can thrive. Through her work, she challenges societal stigmas and inspires meaningful conversations on crucial issues.
