Gurgaon: A Holistic Learning Model

At NeoFusion Gurugram, education extends beyond the classroom. The centre operates two shifts to cater to the diverse needs of its students. The morning shift caters to children from grades 5 to 12, following the NCERT curriculum for grades 5 to 8 and the NIOS curriculum for grades 9 to 12. Alongside academics, students benefit from the Mid-Day Meal Program, which ensures proper nutrition to support focus and overall well-being. To enrich learning, NeoFusion partners with the Smile Foundation to provide monthly STEAM-based sessions, while also offering NCC training, IT courses, and preparation for entrance exams to the Army and Police. Many of these students continue their higher education journeys, with some even joining NeoFusion’s core team.

The evening shift focuses on remedial education for school dropouts, first-time learners, and children from NGOs or government schools. After their remedial classes, students are introduced to the Performing and Visual Arts at the Padmshri Kaka Hathrasi Institute, where they train in Kathak, Painting, Theatre, Dance, and Boxing under the mentorship of professional experts. These programs not only build confidence but also open career pathways, with many students now pursuing higher degrees in BJMC, BFA, and BA Kathak.

To strengthen employability, NeoFusion has also partnered with NIIT Foundation, Zamit Let’s Begin, and Nai Disha Foundation to provide comprehensive skill-based training. Through these collaborations, around 267 students in Gurugram receive regular exposure to industry-relevant skills, helping them move towards self-reliance and sustainable futures.

Jaipur: Nurturing Creativity and Academic Excellence

In Jaipur, NeoFusion runs evening classes that combine creative learning with academic support. Students receive training in dance and theatre while also benefiting from regular tuition support to improve their performance in school. This holistic approach ensures that children not only develop their artistic talents but also excel academically. Today, around 50 students in Jaipur are growing with confidence through these programs.

Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh: Digital Education for Rural Students

NeoFusion has expanded its reach to rural Uttar Pradesh by establishing two computer labs in government primary schools in Bijnor. These labs provide nearly 250 children with hands-on digital education, ensuring that students in rural communities are not left behind in an increasingly technology-driven world. With the guidance of dedicated teachers, these children are building essential computer literacy and digital skills that prepare them for the future.
